  • Location:

HeMansoura and may require movements to New Mansoura City 

  • Job description:

He is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to Intlaq ICTIntlaq ICT software products, and network issues. Moreover, he has to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network.

  • Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, firewalls, switches, and surveillance cameras and all light current network devices Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.

- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

- Monitor and maintain all levels of network security internally and externally according to network security standards.

- Has the ability and passion to get professional knowledge of the company software products.

- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

- Install computer peripherals for users.

- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and customers personal meetings.

- Escalate difficult issues to the company technical support team if needed.

- Train individuals on how to use technical products and services.

- Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.

  • Requirements:

- Bachelor degree

- Excellent knowledge of hardware and software

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
